Mentorship Programs
Our organization provides mentorship, fellowship, and camaraderie to women of color who have had little or no exposure to professional pilot careers. The goal of our mentorship program is to promote the progression and development of women of color seeking careers flying in the aviation industry.
Prospective mentees must possess at least a student pilot’s certificate, pay our non-refundable application processing fee, be at least 16 years of age with parental consent below the age of 18, fill out our online application, and complete our screening interview process.
